If you need help filing a claim, accessing a claim, or if you need technical support that cannot be provided online or over the phone, you can request an appointment to meet with a CDLE representative in the Unemployment Insurance (UI) lobby.
Once you request an appointment, you will be contacted through email or phone to schedule the appointment. Please note that the Unemployment Insurance lobby is open by appointment only. The lobby is not open to the public, and you will not be admitted to the building if you do not have an appointment.
This request is not for scheduling in-person ID.me appointments. To schedule an in-person ID.me appointment, please first schedule a callback by dialing 303-318-9000 or by using the Virtual Assistant. During the callback, a representative can assist you with scheduling an in-person ID.me appointment.
